SMC Hosting 2011 Economic Outlook Forum

SPARTANBURG, SC - Spartanburg Methodist College is hosting an economic outlook forum on Wednesday, Feb. 2, for local business and industry leaders.
The event will be a breakfast presentation on financial markets and the national, regional and state economy, and will be held from 7:30 to 9 am in the Phyllis Buchheit Board Room at SMC.
"SMC is very excited to host once again such an informative and beneficial event. It will focus on topics of great importance to our local business, industry, and education leaders, as we all are working toward common goals of strengthening our economy and providing a bright future for our community," says SMC President Dr. Colleen P. Keith.
Presenters include Mr. H. Daniel "Dan" Foster, president of the H. Daniel Foster Company, and Dr. Bruce Yandle, dean emeritus of the College of Business and Behavioral Science at Clemson University. Both are previous chairmen of SMC's Board of Trustees.
