Applying to SMC

In order to apply to Spartanburg Methodist College, there are several steps you must take:

1. Become an Admissions VIP! Click Here

2. Fill out and submit your application for admission through one of two methods: Apply Online OR download the Official Application

(NOTE: Application fees cannot be waived for online application.)

3. If accepted, please complete and return the reservation packet that was mailed to you with your acceptance package.

4. Attend an Academic Orientation prior to the start of classes. There are typically two standard dates each summer and one make-up date the weekend of Freshmen move-in. All Freshmen and new students are required to attend an Academic Orientation session.

5. If you plan to have a car on campus, you must submit your Vehicle Registration Form prior to the the beginning of classes for the semester. This can be done at Academic Orientation.
