Liberty's Rowland Signs With SMC Baseball

Carey Rowland, of Liberty High School, recently signed a National Letter of Intent to play baseball at Spartanburg Methodist College in 2008/2009.

Rowland is a two-sport letterman at Liberty High School in baseball and football.  He has played for three years on the American Legion Post 52 team in Easley, and was a member of the 2006 Big League World Series Team in Easley.

He is the son of Mike and Dana Rowland.
