At Spartanburg Methodist College, we offer a compilation of financial assistance. The College itself supports an array of merit based scholarships as well as athletics, leadership, and service scholarships. It is our hope that scholarship recipients will reach their full academic and social potential by participating in our college community.

You may be eligible for federal grants and loans, work-study programs, state tuition grants and assistance, and state scholarships. To determine your financial aid eligibility, we recommend the following steps:

1. Complete an application for admissions to Spartanburg Methodist College and submit high school transcripts (college transcripts, if applicable) along with SAT and/or ACT scores.
2. Complete and submit a Scholarship Application*.
3. Complete prior year's federal and state income tax returns.
4. Complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid – FAFSA - (Title IV code-003447). You may complete the FAFSA on-line at www.fafsa.ed.gov . Be sure to request a PIN for you and one of your parents at www.pin.ed.gov .
