Erected in 1968, this building is a women's residence hall with 60 rooms housing 120 students. This two-story building was renovated between 1991 and 1994. Kingman Hall has laundry facilities, a lobby, study rooms, and is secured by a card-access system. This residence hall is equipped with fiber-optic connections as well as wireless connections  in each room for computer access to the campus network and Internet. Kingman also houses the campus health center.
