High Performance Pitching Clinic

Hey Pitchers and Coaches,

Spartanburg Methodist College is hosting its fall “High Performance Pitching Clinic" on Saturday Oct. 25. This will be our fifth clinic and we have received great feedback regarding the quality and organization from many previous attendees.

This clinic features Sarah Pauly, the National Pro Fastpitch 2006 Most Valuable Pitcher and three time All-Pro selection. Sarah is coming off her third Professional season where she led the NPF in Earned Run Average.  Pauly is also the Pitching Coach at the College of Charleston.  Come and learn from one of the premier pitchers in the country.

This clinic is for intermediate to advanced pitchers (not beginners) that are working on movement pitches.  You will receive instruction on the techniques and mechanics required to throw rise balls, drop balls, curveballs, screwballs, and change-ups.  Additionally, we will show you drills to increase your speed.

This will be the single most impactive day of your pitching career development!!!!!

Coaches, dads, moms, etc. are encouraged to attend (no cost) and video, take pictures, ask questions, and learn along with your favorite pitcher.

Pitchers need to have a catcher----there is no charge for catchers and  we will have some special skill assessments that catchers can perform.
