Kelley Sets Record for Aces

SPARTANBURG, SC – Jen Kelley tallied the first triple-double of her career as she set the school record for aces with 12 in a match Tuesday night versus Wilkes Community College.  The Lady Pioneers won 3-0 (30-17, 30-9, 30-28) to send their Region X record to 10-1 and their overall record to 14-1.

Kelley also posted 18 assists, 10 digs and three kills.  Kelley has also tallied five double-doubles on the season.  Also contributing were Kayla Potter who finished the match with nine kills and six aces while Tori Criminger tallied 10 kills.

The Lady Pioneers will be back in action tomorrow versus Toccoa Falls College at 6pm in Jesse Bridges Arena.
