The Registration Specialist collaborates with the College Registrar to identify problems, to make decisions and to find solutions for online students and faculty. The Registration Specialist ensures that records are maintained accurately and that all requests are answered in a timely and professional manner. The position requires the use of sound independent judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision and as a team member. A commitment to outstanding customer service is expected. The Registration Specialist must represent the online program in a timely, courteous and professional manner at all times.
