Teaching Consultations
The TECC offers individual consultations with any full-time or adjunct faculty to discuss any professional development or teaching-related topic. Consultation topics may include classroom management, assignment development, curriculum design and planning, syllabus creation, and tech tools and applications. Classroom Observations
The TECC offers observations of courses being taught at SMC by any full-time or adjunct faculty member. A member of the TECC staff will observe a course meeting of your choosing and then meet with you afterwards to discuss successes and opportunities to increase student learning, as well as to brainstorm on how to modify pedagogical approaches or experiment with new ones.
