• All full-time SMC faculty and staff may reserve up to six free tickets per game via SignUpGenius.com.
• Tickets may be reserved in any combination, up to six total. For example, you may reserve one, two, three, four, five or all six for a game.
• Tickets will be available for reservation in rounds:
  • In the first round, employees may reserve up to six tickets for one game only.
  • After the first round, remaining tickets will be available for employees to reserve a second game if desired. We reserve the right to:
    • ask employees to refrain from reserving more than three games in a single season.
    • allow employees who have not yet reserved game tickets the first choice of reservations when tickets are released by employees or in later ticket reservation rounds.
• Please do not reserve all six tickets for any game unless you have six attendees.

HOW DO I RESERVE AND RECEIVE TICKETS?

• Tickets must be reserved via SignUpGenius (click the button at the top of this page to access the reservation form).
• To reserve tickets, you'll need to create a free SignUpGenius account and use your SMC email address.  
• After reserving your tickets, you will receive a SignUpGenius confirmation. Please save this confirmation.
• Tickets will be sent to the email you included in SignUp Genius no later than one week before your reserved game.
• All tickets are digital. No printed tickets are available.
• Tickets will only be forwarded to the person reserving the tickets. It will be that person's responsibility to ensure all members in their party receive their tickets.

STADIUM/SEATS LOCATION, INFO AND PARKING

• 

  All home games are played at Fifth Third Park in downtown Spartanburg.

• Seats are reserved and located in Section 116 (infield, behind the Away dugout). Seats are in row L, numbers 7-12.

HOW DO I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY TICKET RESERVATION?

• Need to change your game night? Go to SignUpGenius to see if a different night is available. If so, reserve the new night's tickets and release your original tickets.
• Can't attend the game you reserved? Please release your tickets via SignUpGenius ASAP so that another SMC group can enjoy that game.

WHAT IF I NEED MORE THAN SIX TICKETS?

• Extra tickets, if available, may be purchased on the Spartanburgers' team site (see button above).

MY GAME WAS CANCELED DUE TO WEATHER. WHAT DO I DO?

• It is the ticket reserver's responsibility to verify the game is still scheduled for the night you wish to attend. Check the team website at the button above or visit https://www.milb.com/hub-city to check the schedule. The team typically includes weather delay information on social media: https://www.instagram.com/hubcityspartanburgers/
• If  a canceled game is rescheduled, it is usually played as a double-header on another night in the same series. If that game isn't reserved, you may reserve it via SignUpGenius.
