The Got Green? club is a group of Spartanburg Methodist students who come together to discuss environmental issues. Our goal is to make the local community aware of environmental topics such as global warming, biodiversity, recycling, and pollution. We are also involved in a network of colleges working toward community awareness and action.

Activities include:

• Earth Day celebration
• environmentalism speakers
• Lake Bowen lake sweep
• roadside trash pick up
• invasive plant removal
• project with Trees Coalition
• and homecoming spirit completion.
