About me: Hey! My name is Joey Selvey, I am one of the admissions counselors here at SMC! I am originally from Florida and moved to Lyman South Carolina in 2004. I graduated from James J. Byrnes high school in 2016 and received my bachelor’s degree from Anderson University in Human Services. I am currently enrolled at Capella University in their School Counselor program to continue my career in Higher Education. I have always wanted to help guide students through their journey to success and have found that SMC provides a unique environment for students to thrive and be successful! As an admissions counselor, I am proud to say I represent SMC and work with a team that strives to help every individual student. I am excited to meet and show you all the amazing things SMC offers.
