Financial Aid Counselor/Loan Coordinator

This counselor is involved in all aspects of financial aid administration, including but not limited to counseling of students/families, need analysis, processing of applications, loan processing, verification and packaging. The Financial Aid Counselor/Loan Coordinator must possess a working knowledge of financial aid regulations and industry practices, particularly regarding federal direct loan programs. The position requires the ability to work both independently and as a member of the financial aid and enrollment teams. The Financial Aid Counselor is required to do the job well and with enthusiasm while working individually or as part of the enrollment team. A commitment to excellence is expected.

The Financial Aid Counselor/Loan Coordinator reports to and is supervised by the Director of Financial Aid.
