Q: Why did you choose to be a Trustee for SMC, and what is your connection to SMC? 

A: I decided to be a trustee because I am a firm believer in education as a key element to success in life and I believe I can contribute to SMC's mission.

Q: What do you like most about being an SMC Trustee? 

A: I am a new trustee, but I find the board members to have a passion and commitment to SMC's mission. I have also been passionate about supporting opportunities for higher education.

Q: In your own words, what is SMC's mission and purpose? 

A: Mission: Offer students the opportunity of higher education. Vision: to be a college of choice for residential and commuting students

Q: What do you like to do for fun? 

A: I like to travel, go biking, play tennis, and woodworking
