Q: Why did you choose to be a Trustee for SMC, and what is your connection to SMC? 

A: As an ordained UM minister I have always admired SMC's mission from afar.

Q: What do you like most about being an SMC Trustee? 

A: It has been a pleasure to serve. I have thoroughly enjoyed getting to know the talented leadership team and share in the esprit de corps that they enjoy.

Q: In your own words, what is SMC's mission and purpose? 

A: To provide an excellent liberal arts yet practical education to students who, for different reasons, find attending, completing and paying for college a challenging endeavor.

Q: What do you like to do for fun?

A: I love to spend time with family, travel with my wife, and attend concerts.
