• All SMC faculty and staff may reserve up to six free tickets via SignUpGenius.com.
• Tickets may be reserved in any combination, up to six total. For example, you may reserve one, two, three, four, five or all six for a game.
• Tickets will be available for reservation in rounds. In the first round, employees may reserve up to six tickets for one game only. Reservations for a second, third, etc. game in the first round will be removed. In second and subsequent rounds, employees may reserve additional games. Some special nights, such as Opening Night on April 15 or July 4th will be reserved by lottery. Faculty and staff will be notified of the lottery opportunity via SMC email.
• Please do not reserve all six tickets for any game unless you have six attendees.

HOW DO I RESERVE AND RECEIVE TICKETS?

• Tickets must be reserved via SignUpGenius (click the button at the top of this page to access the reservation form).
• To reserve tickets, you'll need to create a free SignUpGenius account and use your SMC email address.  
• After reserving your tickets, you will receive a SignUpGenius confirmation. Please save this confirmation.
• The Hub City Spartanburgers have not begun sending tickets yet, so we're not sure how long it may take for you to receive your tickets, but they will be sent to you by SMC via text or email as soon as they are available.
• All tickets are digital. No printed tickets are available.
• Tickets will only be forwarded to the person reserving the tickets. It will be that person's responsibility to ensure all members in their party receive their tickets.

STADIUM/SEATS LOCATION, INFO AND PARKING

• 

  All home games are played at Fifth Third Park in downtown Spartanburg. Visit the Team website (click the button above) for directions and all stadium information.

• Seats are reserved and located in Section 104 (infield, behind the Home dugout). Three seats are in Row M and three corresponding seats are in Row N. The six seats are grouped together on the two rows.
• Parking info is not yet available from Fifth Third Park/Spartanburgers. Reserved tickets most likely will not cover parking fees or provide parking passes. Parking is the responsibility of the person reserving the tickets and their guests.

HOW DO I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY TICKET RESERVATION?

• Need to change your game night? SignUpGenius will allow you to swap tickets with other faculty/staff members who may be willing to switch with you. Your email confirmation will include a link to view your reservation and make changes to quantity or to delete your reservation.
• Can't attend the game you reserved? Please release your tickets via SignUpGenius ASAP so that another SMC group can enjoy that game.

WHAT IF I NEED MORE THAN SIX TICKETS?

• Extra tickets, if available, may be purchased on the Spartanburgers' team site (see button above).

MY GAME WAS CANCELED DUE TO WEATHER. WHAT DO I DO?

• It is the ticket reserver's responsibility to verify the game is still scheduled for the night you wish to attend. Check the team website at the button above or visit https://www.milb.com/hub-city to check the schedule.
• As the ticket holder, SMC may be notified of cancellations. If so, we will attempt to notify the cell phone used at reservation of a game cancellation if at all possible. We can't guarantee you'll be notified in time to stop travel to the park.
• If  a canceled game is rescheduled, you will have the first right of refusal for the tickets. You may also attempt to swap your tickets or release them if the new game date doesn't work for you (see "How do I cancel or change my ticket reservation?" above).

ADDITIONAL IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• Tickets do not include food vouchers. All food/drink must be purchased on your own.

• Tickets may not be reserved and then sold.
• By reserving tickets, you agree to the above guidelines.
