Kappa Sigma Alpha (KSA) is the co-ed service fraternity at Spartanburg Methodist College.

KSA students perform hundreds of hours of community service each year. Membership is open to all currently enrolled students at SMC.

KSA student service projects include:

• Adopt-a-Hwy
• Bingo for residents in assisted-living facilities
• Playing with animal shelter pets
• Collecting shoe boxes for Operation Christmas Child
• Assisting the Lion’s Club
• Helping students at the South Carolina School for the Deaf and the Blind experience the HALTER program
