In celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month, the Library will be hosting an Art Event where anybody can come to make papel picado and hispanic flags together. Papel picado is a decorative craft made by cutting elaborate designs into sheets of tissue paper which are often used to decorate streets, homes, and altars for celebrations. These will be hung around the library in celebration so swing by and bring your friends so we can fully decorate the building!
