Join our campus community on September 22 from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. in the dining hall and in front of the student center to celebrate Hispanic and LatinX Heritage Month! Inside the dining hall, our staff has prepared a variety of foods inspired by Hispanic and Latin cultures. DJ Gaspar will deliver a hot playlist of Hispanic and Latin influenced music and Penguinos Hermanos is back serving up fruit-topped shaved ice. Food truck tickets are limited to the first 100, so come early and hungry!
